About this role
High school diploma required (BA/BS preferred), 1+ year service desk experience in a Microsoft environment, Windows 11 and Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Teams, RDP, basic networking, able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.
