Service Development Engineering Intern

Arthrex is a global medical device company focused on orthopedic product development and medical education. The Service Development Engineering Intern will support the Service Engineering team with new product launch readiness, product improvement initiatives, best-practice playbooks, knowledge-transfer aids, and software release documentation and training.

What you'll do:

• Support new product launch readiness documentation
• Collaborate in product improvement initiatives
• Create playbooks for internal best practices
• Create job-aides for quick knowledge transfer
• Support software releases/trainings/documentation

What they're looking for:

• Progress towards a college degree in Engineering (BioMed, Mechanical, Electrical, other STEM) required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Be able to follow written and verbal direction
• PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner
• Experience with technical understanding, medical device, customer support, product development, product management, or project management preferred
