About this role
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government improve operations and services. The ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of process changes to enhance quality and performance.
What you'll do:
- Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope, objectives and steps
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones
- Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements
- Assist with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes
What they're looking for:
- 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar
- 1 year of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry-recognized certification strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levels
