## About Our Summer Internship Program Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment. As an Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth. The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program). ## Your Role As a Services Portfolio Management Intern, you'll support Veeam's Customer Experience (CX) team in defining, building, and optimizing our services portfolio as scalable, repeatable offerings that drive customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth. You'll assist across the full services offering lifecycle — helping research customer needs and market trends, tracking services performance metrics, and supporting go-to-market activities for new and existing offerings. You'll also work closely with the team to explore how data and automation can streamline how services are delivered, helping identify opportunities to make our services portfolio more efficient and scalable. ## Requirements - Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited college or university (Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred) - Excellent written, verbal and communication skills - Willingness to learn about technology - Proficiency in how to leverage AI technology and applications. - Strong data analytic skills - Basic exposure to data science or data analysis concepts (e.g., through coursework, a personal project, or a prior internship) - Curiosity about how data and automation can be used to drive efficiency - Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
