Services Portfolio Management Intern- Summer 2027

Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, specializing in helping organizations ensure their data and AI are fully understood, secured, and resilient to enable the acceleration of safe AI at scale. The Services Portfolio Management Intern will support the Customer Experience team in developing and optimizing scalable services offerings, researching customer and market needs, tracking performance metrics, supporting go-to-market activities, and identifying opportunities to use data and automation to improve efficiency.

What you'll do:

• As a Services Portfolio Management Intern, you'll support Veeam's Customer Experience (CX) team in defining, building, and optimizing our services portfolio as scalable, repeatable offerings that drive customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth. You'll assist across the full services offering lifecycle — helping research customer needs and market trends, tracking services performance metrics, and supporting go-to-market activities for new and existing offerings. You'll also work closely with the team to explore how data and automation can streamline how services are delivered, helping identify opportunities to make our services portfolio more efficient and scalable

What they're looking for:

• Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university
• (Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred)
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn about technology
• Proficiency in how to leverage AI technology and applications
• Strong data analytic skills
• Basic exposure to data science or data analysis concepts (e.g., through coursework, a personal project, or a prior internship)
• Curiosity about how data and automation can be used to drive efficiency
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
