Skillbridge Project Management Development Internship

JSET Automated Technologies LLC is seeking transitioning service members for a 26 week skillbridge project management development internship. This program is designed to prepare future leaders for careers in electrical construction and mission critical infrastructure projects while providing hands-on experience alongside project managers and operations leaders.

What you'll do:

• Support active projects across the US
• Gain practical experience in project planning
• Assist in scheduling
• Coordinate workforce
• Lead safety initiatives
• Manage budgeting
• Implement project controls
• Facilitate client communication
• Travel to multiple locations and project sites

• Transitioning service members
• Ability to work directly alongside project managers, superintendents, operations leaders
• Willingness to support active projects across the US
• Ability to gain practical experience in project planning, scheduling, workforce coordination, safety leadership, budgeting, project controls and client communication
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and project sites
• Ability to gain exposure to different business units, project types, and leadership teams
