Skilled Trades Recruiter.

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support its talent acquisition and installation capacity growth. The role focuses on national skilled trades and operations hiring, candidate and hiring manager relationships, recruiting metrics, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
• 1-2 years professional experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred
