SMFO - Human Resource / HRIS Coordinator

Kincaid Information Technology (KIT) is hiring a Human Resources / HRIS Coordinator to support the daily operations of its Human Resources Department. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and general administrative support while providing assistance to employees and the HR team.

What you'll do:

• Post and maintain job advertisements
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Assist with background checks and employment verifications
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Ensure completion of required new hire documentation
• Maintain applicants and recruiting records within the HRIS
• Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
• Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
• Foster positive work environment, supporting the company Core Values
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
• Enter and update employee information in the HRIS

• 0-2 years of HR, administrative, recruiting, or related experience
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred; Paycom experience a plus
