About this role
Position Purpose:
Responsible for the safe and efficient production of qualilty snow. Responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance managenment/evaluations. Also fulfillls day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed and exhibits the highest level of expertise in all areas.
Essential Functions:
Supervise all Snow Makers.
Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down.
Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Good customer service and communication skills.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Enjoy working with general public.
Must be organized and take direction well.
Have flexible schedule – may be required to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Mountain Manager.
