Software Developer

FoxConn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Software Developer to support enterprise integration solutions within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integration services, backend applications, databases, and production systems while collaborating with business and IT teams.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise integration solutions
• Support integration interfaces such as APIs, web services, and EDI based on defined technical requirements
• Work with integration platforms and middleware components following established procedures and guidance
• Implement backend application logic using object-oriented programming languages according to specifications
• Assist in building and maintaining database objects and SQL queries to support system integrations
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and assist with production issue resolution
• Participate in deployment and release activities under supervision
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and support technical implementation under guidance
• Create and maintain technical documentation as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Experience or academic background in software development or system integration
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (such as webMethods or equivalent technologies)
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, or EDI
• Working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL
• Ability to follow established technical processes and standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in software development or enterprise system integration
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration or deployment practices
• Knowledge of project management concepts and tools, including PMP certification
