Software Developer/Engineer

ACA Group is a governance, risk, and compliance advisor in financial services with an integrated compliance technology platform. The Software Developer/Engineer will help build and advance a cloud-native, full-stack platform by developing software for financial institutions, collaborating across business and technical teams, and applying AI and automation to compliance solutions.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement cloud-native software used by top-tier financial institutions
• Work across the stack — from front-end UX to back-end services and infrastructure
• Collaborate with product managers, compliance experts, and clients to solve high-impact problems
• Apply AI and automation thoughtfully, always keeping human context in the loop
• Engage in continuous learning — about new tech, financial markets, and emerging regulatory challenges

• Experience developing applications with .NET/C#
• Experience building modern front-end applications using Angular or React
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and cloud-native application development
