HII Mission Technologies provides technology solutions supporting intelligence agencies and defense organizations. The Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, debugs, and deploys secure software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle for critical national defense programs. The role also involves multidisciplinary research, systems analysis, and ensuring software standards are met.

What you'll do:

• Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions
• Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software
• Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems
• Ensures software standards are met

What they're looking for:

• * 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
• * TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly *at the time of application*
• Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family
• Previous experience working at or with Intelligence Community is a plus
