Software Engineer - AI/ML

Advantest America is a semiconductor test and measurement company seeking engineers to build applications involving machine learning and generative AI. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems using LLMs, RAG, MLOps pipelines, and data visualization to improve engineering productivity, test coverage, and decision-making across semiconductor operations.

What you'll do:

• Assist in developing LLM-based tools to automate data analysis, technical documentation processing, and code generation workflows for the 93K test platform
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems into testing pipelines
• Participate in cross-functional teams to transfer customer requirements into prototype solutions
• Provide a weekly progress report to manager
