Software Engineer

Freeleaps.com is a platform that makes software development easier through AI technology and a community of engineers. The Software Engineer will collaborate with global engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and improve software while contributing to technical discussions and engineering excellence.

What you'll do:

• Design the system architecture having a good balance on pros and cons
• Code the software and strive to make it bug free
• Drive the deployment of the software and measure success
• Improve engineering excellence to keep our code base and online service in good shape
• Participate in technical discussions and provide valuable feedback

What they're looking for:

• Master's or PhD degree (or candidate) with excellent educational background
• Feeling comfortable to work in an environment requires good English reading and writing skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiar with fundamental computer science concepts and algorithms
• Being good at least one programming language and love coding things up
• Always strive to go beyond expectations
• Having some proven records in delivering a large scale of industrial software
• Having foreign companies or overseas study experience
• 0-2 years' large –scale distributed system development experience is preferred
