This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EResponsibilities:%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EBuild and maintain front-end and back-end components of applications, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end user experience.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDevelop innovative software solutions through requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EGuide testing, configuration management, source code, and change processes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated testing and deployment.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport cloud infrastructure needs including provisioning, monitoring and scaling of applications.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDesign and implement APIs and microservices to support scalable system architecture.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport and maintain various systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELeverage Automation and AI to streamline processes and build innovative solutions%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDesign, debug, test, and deploy software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EReview, analyze, and evaluate business processes, recommending improvements and changes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExecute and manage change and release processes, document solutions, and build proof of concept examples.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EParticipate in product design reviews, offering creative and practical ideas.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with customer service, product managers, developers, and IT to enhance user experience.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EResearch and apply user insights, feedback, and usability findings to inform design and revisions.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMaintain product test software and demos for training purposes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOther duties as assigned.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EQualifications:%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EExtensive knowledge of software development processes, procedures, and modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, Angular/React).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience with application development using various technologies, languages, databases, integrations, frameworks, and systems.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProven ability to utilize AI and automation to improve engineering processes and build solutions.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience with cloud platforms and app development in cloud service providers such as GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFamiliarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFamiliarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, in addition to backend languages.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge and experience in RDBS and no-sql databases (Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Cloud SQL)%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong debugging, problem-solving, and testing skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to analyze business requirements and map them to appropriate solutions.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing technology and priorities.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and prioritize effectively.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFinancial or Banking services experience is a plus.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ERequires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in software development, database technologies, version control systems, DevOps tools, cloud computing platforms, and microservices architecture, or other directly related experience.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EA combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3ELocation:%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
