About the Role
The Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is looking for a Software Engineer II to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the employee experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
• Manage the program’s library of documentation on tools and functions for various tools and integrations, and maintain the document solutions, design decisions, and support processes
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional app designs
• Design, build, and support applications using Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
• Integrate apps with data sources such as Data verse, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, and APIs, implement workflows and automation using Power Automate where needed
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing solutions
• Ensure applications follow organizational standards for security, governance, and performance
• Participate in code reviews and solution reviews with platform or architecture teams
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Proven skills programming with JavaScript, HTML, Azure services
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Python)
• Familiarity working with SQL Databases
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical problems succinctly and clearly
• Capable problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn

O'Fallon, Missouri: $92,000 - $147,000 USD
