Software Engineer Intern (Summer 2027)

Workshop is a software company focused on helping internal communications teams create, send, and measure multi-channel, employee-centric campaigns. The Software Engineer Intern will work with engineers and designers to build product features, regularly ship code to production, and develop software engineering expertise with mentorship and AI-assisted development tools.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with our engineers and designers to build product features into our app
• Have meaningful work that makes an impact on our customers and our business
• Have the autonomy and support to ship code to production regularly and frequently
• Be mentored to grow your depth of knowledge of software engineering practices including the latest AI-assisted development practices
• Have access to the latest AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex
