Software Engineer New Grad

As a Software Engineer Grad, you will be part of a team building the future of data storage and management. You’ll apply your foundational knowledge to tackle real-world problems from low-level hardware to large-scale cloud systems and contribute to mission-critical features that ensure customers have a seamless, high-performance, and reliable data experience. ## What you'll do - Contribute to core product development by taking ownership of tasks across the software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and testing. - Research and develop solutions to data-efficiency challenges, such as optimizing data deduplication and reclamation or improving replication across wide-area networks. - Work on projects that improve software performance and scalability as data volumes and hardware capabilities grow. - Partner with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate features and maintain code quality through extensive automated testing. - Work from the Santa Clara, California office in accordance with Everpure's policies, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave. ## What you bring - Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and design principles, and the ability to apply them to practical engineering problems. - Proficiency in C++ and the ability to write clean, efficient, well-structured code. - A proactive, self-motivated approach to solving complex problems and delivering high-quality, impactful results. - Clear communication of complex technical ideas and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, open-office environment. ## Compensation Annual base salary range: $122,000–$183,000 USD.
