FIS is a financial technology company serving the financial services industry. The FIS University Program develops early-career software engineers through team projects, professional development, and AI-enabled learning. Participants will build full-stack solutions, apply AI and machine learning, collaborate in agile environments, and contribute across the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Develop full‑stack software solutions across modern web, cloud, and data platforms
• Apply AI and machine learning concepts to real business problems
• Work across the entire software development lifecycle~ design, build, test, deploy, and improve
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers in agile environments
• Contribute to modern engineering practices, automation, and scalability from day one

What they're looking for:

• • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
• • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
• • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• • Ability to work well independently and within a team
