About this role
Honeywell Aerospace develops technologies and systems that support aviation and aerospace operations. The Software Engineering Full Time Employee - Recent Grad 2027 will design, develop, and integrate complex software applications, generate innovative solutions, and deliver software features that provide value to aerospace products and customers.
What you'll do:
- Designs, develops and integrates highly complex software applications within Honeywell Aerospace
- Be a dynamic and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals
- Generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities
- Use your skillset to provide value added software features to our products for our customers
- Accelerate innovation and growth, teaming with the world's most talented engineers
What they're looking for:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field
- Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2026-July 2027
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
- Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position
- Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Understanding various software development lifecycle
- Ability to develop efficient and high-quality software
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
- Diverse and global teaming and partnership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly evaluate, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
