About this role
First Databank is a healthcare information technology company that transforms drug and medical device data into actionable knowledge for healthcare decision-making. The Software Engineering Intern will rotate across multiple real-world projects, developing and testing software in areas including web, mobile, APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure, databases, data science, and business intelligence while incorporating AI-assisted development tools.
What you'll do:
- Web Development
- Mobile Development
- Server Side Web API development
- SDK development
- Desktop Application Development
- Cloud Infrastructure Automation, AWS and Azure
- Database Development, both RDMS and NoSQL
- Data Science / Business Intelligence
- Trouble Shooting / Bug Fixes / Unit Testing
What they're looking for:
- * Computer Science or Software Engineer Major
- * Completion of Junior year
- * Minimum GPA – 3.4
- This internship will be located in the Carmel, IN office
- Prior experience using AI coding assistants or agents in academic, personal, or professional projects is strongly preferred
