Software Engineering Intern

Nuvo is bringing B2B commerce and payments online by building products for the business-to-business economy. The Software Engineering Intern will build and ship customer-facing code, collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams, and contribute to product and engineering decisions involving AI agents, workflows, risk, payments, and large-scale data.

What you'll do:

• Own a real project end to end over the internship, shipping code that reaches customers building on the Nuvo trade network
• Write high-quality, clean and performant code with support and code review from experienced engineers
• Collaborate across the team to build intuitive experiences and learn how a fast-moving early-stage company operates up close
• Bring your ideas. Interns here shape real product and engineering decisions, not busywork
• Use the best tools for the job. We'll help you get up to speed on our stack quickly

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a CS or related degree with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Evidence that you build things you care about: coursework, side projects, hackathons, or prior internships
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn fast
• Genuine curiosity about internet technologies and a bias for action in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment
