About this role

Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Intuit's Channel Sales Professional Services team is scaling rapidly to serve our largest and most complex customers through Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) and Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) — delivered through a growing ecosystem of channel partners, including accounting firms, VAR partners, and systems integrators. We partner with accounting firm leaders, CFOs, Controllers, and IT decision makers to design end-to-end financial solutions, consolidating disparate tools, modernizing ERP environments, and driving measurable reductions in total cost of ownership.

The emergence of agentic AI is redefining what enterprise finance transformation looks like. The organizations that deploy them effectively are achieving time savings on key processes and reducing close cycles from days to hours. Our customers and partners are in the middle of this transformation, and they need someone who can architect it — and enable partners to deliver it.

As a Solution Architect, you are the senior technical voice on complex partner-led deals, including multi-entity consolidations, platform migrations, and agentic workflow deployments. You bring deep fluency in enterprise finance and ERP, hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agent solutions, and the platform integration expertise to connect disparate systems into a cohesive architecture. You translate all of this into tailored solutions — spanning both IES and IAS — that win partner and customer confidence, achieve technical closure, and close business. This role offers high visibility, direct impact on a new and growing function, and meaningful career growth within Intuit's Channel Sales Professional Services Team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution design engagements through and with channel partners — including accounting firms, VARs, and strategic resellers — from discovery and requirements documentation through technical validation, proof of concept, and executive presentation. Drive each engagement to confirm technical closure across both IES and IAS solution sets.
  • Enable and equip accounting firm partners and other channel partners to position, demonstrate, and architect IES and IAS solutions. Develop partner-facing technical enablement materials, playbooks, and AI use case libraries tailored to the accounting firm ecosystem — including workflows unique to IAS such as client advisory services, tax, and firm management.
  • Design and deploy AI agent solutions tailored to customer and partner finance workflows: map processes such as month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and treasury operations to the appropriate agent architecture (task automation, multi-agent orchestration, or HI/AI collaboration models), and demonstrate working solutions that prove the value of IES and IAS Agents.
  • Architect ERP and accounting platform integration solutions across the platforms customers and partners are migrating from or connecting to. Apply hands-on knowledge of API frameworks, ETL patterns, pre-built connectors, and emerging integration standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Build data-driven business cases quantifying TCO reduction and AI-driven efficiency gains to position IES and IAS as preferred solutions.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation for strategic partner-led accounts, ensuring technical accuracy and compelling articulation of IES and IAS value across the full Intuit platform.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and articulate clear differentiation of IES and IAS against incumbent ERP and accounting platforms where applicable, in the context of each partner's client environment and AI maturity.
  • Deliver training and technical enablement to Channel Sales Teams and Partner Organizations; contribute to solution playbooks, AI use case libraries, competitive battle cards, and best practice documentation designed for the accounting firm and channel partner audience — covering both IES and IAS use cases.
  • Maintain a portfolio of 3–5 active partner accounts per month, providing product and sales leadership with real-time feedback on solution gaps, partner needs, market signals, and channel dynamics across both platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical GTM Consultant, or Channel SE role within mid-market or enterprise ERP, financial management, accounting platforms, or similar SaaS environments — ideally with experience working through or with accounting firm partners or channel ecosystems.

  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agent solutions in a finance or ERP context, not just familiarity. You have architected agentic workflows that operate across enterprise systems, understand how to orchestrate agents for financial use cases (close automation, invoice processing, cash positioning, FP&A, client advisory), and can demonstrate working solutions to skeptical technical buyers and partner practitioners.

  • Deep Mid-Market ERP and accounting platform expertise, with strong preference for cloud-based platforms. You know the integration architectures, API frameworks, and connector ecosystems of at least two major ERP or accounting platforms. You can design integration patterns — and explain them credibly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including accounting firm partners evaluating IES and IAS.

  • Deep accounting and financial operations fluency. You understand how finance teams and accounting firms operate (close cycles, consolidation, FP&A workflows, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, client advisory services), not just the software they use, and you can map these processes directly to IES and IAS capabilities and AI agent architectures that reduce cycle time and operational cost.

  • Experience working within or alongside channel partner ecosystems — accounting firms, VARs, or systems integrators — with an understanding of how partners evaluate, recommend, and implement solutions like IES and IAS.

  • Vertical expertise in one or more industries, with hands-on knowledge of the unique workflows, requirements, and technology landscape those customers navigate.

  • Proven ability to achieve technical closure in partner-led selling environments. You don't just design solutions — you drive engagements from initial discovery through proof of concept to a confirmed technical win, in close collaboration with partner teams across both IES and IAS opportunities.

  • Proven ability to lead technical and functional discovery sessions, produce requirements documentation, and design solutions across multi-stakeholder enterprise and partner environments.

  • Exceptional presentation skills: you can translate deep technical concepts — including AI agent architectures, ERP integration designs, and accounting platform capabilities — for C-suite executives, accounting firm partners, and hands-on practitioners without losing any audience.

  • Experience crafting competitive positioning and responding to RFPs/RFIs in a team-selling and channel environment.

  • Self-directed and resilient in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent partner accounts.

PREFERRED

  • Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks, large language model integration, and agentic platform design.

  • Experience with data migration strategies and integration patterns common in ERP and accounting platform transitions (APIs, ETL, pre-built connectors, MCP).

  • Prior experience in or selling through public accounting firms (Big 4, regional, or mid-market) or financial advisory organizations — particularly relevant given the IAS partner audience.

  • Familiarity with accounting firm technology ecosystems, including practice management, tax, and client advisory platforms, and how IAS fits within or displaces them.

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting credential, or equivalent professional finance experience — particularly valued given the accounting firm partner audience for IAS.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
