Sourcing Business Analyst Intern

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Sourcing Business Analyst Intern to support category management projects for its global supply chain. The intern will analyze and improve processes, work with cross-functional teams, and evaluate category risks and supplier interactions.

What you'll do:

• Analyze processes and documents for opportunities for improvement
• Standardize and automate workflows, create work instructions to document learnings
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to articulate a clear and concise interpretation
• Interact with project teams to submit timely deliverables and expand network of working relationships
• Evaluate, document, and mitigate category risk
• Basic supplier interactions

What they're looking for:

• Skyworks' Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company
• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio, etc
• Excellent interpersonal skills with articulate written and verbal communications
• Initiative, drive, and internal motivation for success with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, eager and able to learn new skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strategic vision, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
