Sourcing Recruiter

HazTek Safety Management is hiring a Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage qualified safety professionals and support its recruiting team. The role focuses on building candidate pipelines, conducting targeted sourcing, maintaining candidate relationships, and coordinating sourcing needs with recruiting management.

What you'll do:

• Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry in order to be an effective partner to hiring managers, and to fill roles
• Proactively source and engage qualified construction safety professionals
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies
• Conduct specialized, targeted recruiting effort
• Coordinate daily with Recruting Manager on projected sourcing needs
• Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to search for candidates
• Utilize all Social Media outlets to supply our recruiting team with strong pools of candidates
• Develop relationships with passive candidates through networking and outreach
• Help ensure HazTek remains ahead of hiring demands by maintaining a steady pipeline of top talent
• Assist with projects and tasks, as directed

What they're looking for:

• Previous sourcing experience is required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience using a variety of current, efficient and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems
• One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce
