Sourcing Recruiter

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is a healthcare organization committed to delivering care to communities across Georgia. The Sourcing Recruiter will assist Physician Recruiters in identifying and assessing physician candidates, developing sourcing strategies, and managing a database of potential candidates.

What you'll do:

• Assist in-house Physician Recruiters to identify and assess potential physician candidates for predefined skillsets
• Create and implement sourcing strategies that will attract top talent
• Manage the candidate database of potential candidates

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field Required
• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of experience in recruitment will be accepted Required
• 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources. Required
• In lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Required
• None Required
• 3 years of recruiting or healthcare experience Preferred
• Experience working in healthcare Preferred
