  • Language Immersion: Incorporate Spanish naturally into classroom routines, transitions, playtime, and everyday interactions.

  • Cultural Awareness: Introduce children to Spanish-speaking cultures, traditions, music, and celebrations.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with classroom teachers to reinforce Spanish language concepts throughout the school day.

  • Health and Safety: Maintain active supervision and follow all school policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures.

  • Family Engagement: Share classroom activities and children's language-learning progress with families.

  • Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish required; native or near-native proficiency preferred.

  • Strong English communication skills preferred.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to complete required background checks and state training.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.

If you're a creative, nurturing educator who is passionate about the Spanish language and early childhood education, we invite you to join our team!
