Specialist, Product Management

BNY is a global financial services company seeking a Specialist, Product Management to support its Government Debt Solutions team. The role coordinates project activities, facilitates communication between clients and internal teams, supports risk mitigation, prepares project documentation, and contributes to project management improvements.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate project activities by demonstrating expertise in project planning and management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to align project outcomes with client expectations
• Support risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports to track progress and highlight deviations from goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resource allocation and adhere to project schedules
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and practices

What they're looking for:

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 0-3 years of experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial
