Key Responsibilities
Packing
- Photograph, inventory, and barcode customer belongings using phones/tablets and inventory software.
- Pack, wrap, and protect customers' personal belongings.
- Safely load/unload, transport and organize customer belongings.
- Clean furniture, household items, and personal property using specialized cleaning techniques.
Cleaning
- Perform detailed post-construction cleaning.
- Assist with demolition cleanup on residential and commercial projects.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization.

Position Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets throughout the workday.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English with supervisors, customers and teammates. Bilingual is great.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
Skills & Physical Demands
- Lift and carry 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
- Walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Treat customers' personal belongings with care and respect.
- Comfortable using barcode scanners, tablets, and mobile technology.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
