  • Print rundowns and scripts as needed for studio and control room use
  • Log segments and full shows for Schein Time (archival and reference purposes)
  • Work directly with the Show AP on gathering, organizing, and editing video and SOT clips
  • Assist Adam in any capacity needed upon his arrival at the building and throughout his time on-site
  • Assist the Director and Assistant Director (AD) with floor producing preparations in the studio
  • Log and organize the Generic B-roll Folder for quick access during the live show
  • Edit 30-second, 60-second, and 90-second show promos
  • Help set up cameras and studio equipment prior to the show
  • Handle guest outreach and coordination when in-studio guests are scheduled
  • Support the Director and AD on the studio floor as needed during the live broadcast (floor producing assistance)
  • Monitor and provide real-time support for segments, rundowns, and any last-minute adjustments

What they're looking for:

  • Strong interest in sports media, digital content production, and live studio environments
  • Passion for New York sports, sports storytelling, and online sports news
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, and other mainstream video/social platforms
  • Basic video editing, clip organization, and post-production skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with producers, directors, talent, and social media teams
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced live production environment
  • Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude with willingness to support all stages of production from pre-show to post-show
