Spring 2027 AI & Analytics Internship

Happy Egg is an egg producer and brand based in Northwest Arkansas. The company is seeking a part-time Spring 2027 AI and Analytics Intern to build AI agents and workflows, develop analytics dashboards and tools, partner with the Insights & Analytics team, and run recurring reports.

What you'll do:

• Building and refining AI agents and workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms
• Designing and maintaining dashboards and tools for category, retail, and sales analytics
• Partnering with the Insights & Analytics team to identify where AI can streamline day-to-day work
• Running weekly and monthly reports

What they're looking for:

• Are you a University of Arkansas student studying an analytical field, currently in (or recently through) AI-focused coursework, and want hands-on experience building AI agents, tools, and dashboards for a growing brand in Northwest Arkansas?
• · You like to influence decision making through fact-based recommendations
• · You have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others with daily tasks and projects
• · You're a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals
• · You're comfortable experimenting with AI tools and figuring out how to apply them to real problems
• · Ability to work on multiple projects and to manage various timelines
• · You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar)
• · You are currently taking, or have recently completed, coursework focused on AI, and have hands-on experience with platforms like Claude or ChatGPT
• · You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI
