Spring 2027 Human Resources Intern

U.S. Hunger is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support its People and Culture department. The intern will assist with recruiting, applicant screening, interviews, internship program promotion, recruitment metrics, and day-to-day internship program activities.

What you'll do:

• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity)
• Screen resumes
• Communicate with applicants
• Update workflows
• Request portfolios
• Assist with intern recruitment and selection
• Send portfolios to managers
• Conduct first-round interviews
• Make recommendations for hire
• Track and report weekly recruitment metrics
• Promote internship program
• Schedule promotional events
