Spring 2027 Internship/Co-Op (Finance/Accounting) - 518745

Tennessee Valley Authority is seeking Spring 2027 interns and co-op students in finance and accounting, with opportunities across its enterprise. Interns will gain practical experience supporting financial transactions, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, liquidity management, asset investment, and business-unit operations while learning organizational processes and contributing to continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• Become familiar with the TVA business, organization, key decision makers, business processes and procedures. The intern will have the opportunity to interact with leaders and team members while learning the key components that drive their business unit’s strategic direction
• Develop working knowledge of critical business functions as outlined by the intern’s manager and business unit
• Learn to apply policies and procedures across the organizations: recommend continuous improvement changes in support of business needs and proactively develop an understanding of policies, procedures, and culture and communicate these to new and existing employees

What they're looking for:

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university program at the time of internship
• Must have 30 semester hours completed
• Preferred majors: Accounting, Finance
