About this role
Bauer Entertainment Marketing is a full-service marketing agency providing strategic consulting and hands-on campaign management for sports, music, and entertainment clients. The Entertainment Marketing Intern will assist with marketing initiatives and client projects through content creation, research, reporting, branding, audience targeting, and campaign support.
What you'll do:
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and client projects. Daily activities include, but are not limited to, creating and curating content (written and visual), conducting research, composing reports, implementing branding, and anything else BEM deems necessary
- Help clients achieve their goals by fulfilling campaign strategies through creative execution, content development, and research-driven implementation
- Gain hands-on experience with multiple marketing tactics for at least 3 music, sports, or entertainment clients
- Assist in audience research and targeting strategies that increase campaign engagement
- Conduct and present campaign research to support strategic decision making
What they're looking for:
- Current graduate student or undergraduate Junior or Senior
- Strong interest in entertainment and technology industries
- Experience in startups, marketing, and the entertainment industry are a bonus, but not required
- Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of and experience with social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google products
- Aptitude for graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
- Experience with digital advertising (e.g., Facebook, Google, AdRoll)
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
- Great people skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues in-person and remotely
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and productive while managing multiple tasks at once
- Needs to be told things only once, but not afraid to ask for clarification
