Spring 2027 Sales Management Trainee Intern - Stroudsburg

Enterprise Mobility offers university and college students a paid internship focused on developing business and leadership skills. The Sales Management Trainee Intern will receive management training and gain hands-on experience managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, building relationships, and completing intern projects.

What you'll do:

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management
• Manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers

What they're looking for:

• Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2027
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027
• Must be able to commit to 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week
