Spring Internship - People & Culture

Colorado Legal Services is a statewide nonprofit legal aid program providing civil legal assistance to low-income Coloradans. The People & Culture intern will support workplace culture, human resources documentation, trainings, recruitment, systems and processes, and the digitization and auditing of HR files.

What you'll do:

• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to strengthen workplace culture strategies
• Utilize attention to detail skills in drafting and editing organizational HR-related documents
• Utilize technology skills to digitize old human resources office files and ensure all files are accurate and complete

What they're looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software
• Interest in nonprofit management, fundraising, social justice, or human resources
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in research or writing is a plus but not required
