ASSOCIATE, SUPERVISOR

The Supervisor is responsible for driving processes which may influence the direction of other areas. Communicate expectations and goals daily to team in order to meet PFSweb’s performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

· Drives processes which may influence the direction of other areas

· Effectively delivers formal counseling/mentoring to direct reports

· Participates and engages onsite client relationship

· Drives quality of Client related projects and promotes overall success

· Supervise and execute improvement process in quality production

· Supervise and adjust staffing levels based on requirements

· Manage, coach and mentor hourly staff

· Identifies operational issues and drives action for quick resolution

· Communicate staffing and equipment issues proactive

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Ability to work a flexible schedule

· 3-5 years in a Leadership capacity within a Distribution Center environment

· Experience operating RF scanners, required

· Must be able to read, write and speak English

· Workforce Planning experience required

· Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement

· JDE/WMS knowledge required; 7.3 desired

· Effective people and planning skills required

· Promote fair, safe, trained and engaged work environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands

· Must read labels, RF scanners and maneuver throughout facility

· Must be able and understand verbal and written instructions

· Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds

· Must be able to climb stairs

· Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products

· Must NOT be afraid of heights

· Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height

· Must complete an additional background screening conducted by the U. S. government
