About this role
This position is remote and will support the Southern Tier.
I. Job Summary
Sets up and maintains digital customer records and provides administrative support for the Technical Service Center and Industrial Sales Team. Provides service and support for internal and external customers. Leads process change initiatives and contributes to the onboarding of new Industrial Sales Coordinators. This job has no supervisory duties, but may occasionally act as a team lead.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts routine data maintenance of sales, web, landfill, Visor and company landfill systems.
- Performs data entry into WM systems.
- Performs quality assurance reviews of account setups.
- Prepares customized bills, exports from WM systems, and various letters and correspondence upon request.
- Prepares volume and revenue reports for sales reps and customers.
- Supports billing inquiries or special bills.
- Coordinates waste profile renewals.
- Maintains electronic and “hard copy” filing systems.
- Provides customer support via phone and email.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Trains and mentors new Industrial Sales Coordinators.
- Trains existing employees on process changes and tool enhancements.
- Surfaces process improvement opportunities and execute implementation.
- Acts as interdepartmental liaison to resolve issues and drive improved partnerships.
- Leads market area projects.
III. Qualifications
Must live and work in the US.

- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 3 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)

Pay: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $19.47 - $29.16/hr. This represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific hourly rate offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
