Job Summary:
The Sr.Manager, Executive Operations & Security is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing executive support operations, executive protection, physical security, and business continuity programs for senior leadership. This role ensures the safety, productivity, and operational effectiveness of executives through the integration of security risk management, executive services, crisis response, travel security, and cross-functional operational planning. Working closely with executive leadership, Legal, Workplace Services, and Corporate Security teams, the Director develops and executes programs that protect people, assets, information, and reputation while delivering a seamless executive experience. The role combines operational excellence, security expertise, and strong stakeholder management to anticipate risks, drive proactive solutions, and support organizational priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
xecutive Operations & Strategic Support
- Lead and align critical, high-stakes projects across diverse business units, including Legal, Policy, Communications, and Operations.
- Represent the Office of the CEO in key operational alignment meetings, ensuring strategic priorities are executed seamlessly.
- Manage complex, fast-moving assignments that fall outside traditional business unit boundaries, bringing structure and rapid execution to ambiguous situations.
Security & Protective Intelligence
- Design and oversee security protocols, threat assessments, and protective intelligence strategies for executive leadership, corporate properties, and high-profile events.
- Monitor, investigate, and mitigate corporate espionage, physical security threats, and high-value asset transit risks.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies.
- Lead comprehensive risk retrospectives to identify operational vulnerabilities and implement long-term mitigations.
Compliance Affairs
- Work closely with Legal and Policy teams to evaluate upcoming legislation, assess organizational compliance risks, and guide responses to government inquiries.
- Manage sensitive communication and coordination with government affairs team, government officials, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in cross-functional operations, corporate risk management, crisis response, or high-stakes executive support.
- Prior experience in corporate intelligence, military operations, law enforcement, or governmental affairs is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading rapid, multi-departmental responses to high-severity crises under intense pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with regional awareness and sensitivities.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex, unstructured intelligence into clear, actionable executive guidance.
Salary Range
$190,000 - $230,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
