SR Recruiter

Central Transport is a technologically advanced less-than-truckload carrier serving the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The company is seeking an entry-level Driver Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles while sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidates in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported

What they're looking for:

• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)
• Bachelor's degree (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar preferred)
• Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet
