Sr. Software Engineer, Generative Experiences

Our team comprises a diverse range of backgrounds, including applied machine learning engineers with a focus on ML and LLM, and experienced distributed systems engineers. As such, we are seeking candidates with strong software engineering skills.

Description

Leverage and enhance the latest advancements in software engineering to effectively contribute to the successful delivery of generative experiences.
Develop world-class evaluation techniques to ensure the accurate measurement and calibration of model responses.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including infrastructure, quality, data, product, and design, to develop innovative features and contribute to the creation of an exceptional search experience for our end-users.
Mentor aspiring applied scientists and engineers to broaden their horizons and amplify their impact. Contribute to the formation of a world-class team!

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry related experience, working in collaborative environments
• Understanding product requirements then translating them into modeling tasks and engineering tasks
• Proficient in at least two programming languages such as: C/C++, Go, Python, Java
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Data Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and prior experience with some deep learning and GenAI frameworks are desired
• Masters or PhD in the area of Computer Science or equivalent, or a related
