7+ years in systems, infrastructure or telecom engineering; hands-on experience with contact center platforms like Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Twilio Flex, Avaya or Cisco; AI tooling and voice agents; Linux/Windows admin; AWS tools (EC2, IAM, Lambda, S3, Systems Manager); Terraform, Ansible, monitoring tools.
