Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Assets Treasury function. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of blockchain technology, treasury operations, and complex financial infrastructure. You will serve as the primary driver of technical program ownership across a growing portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, bringing structure, accountability, and strategic clarity to work that is often ambiguous and fast-moving.
This role exists because our function has scaled significantly in scope and stakeholder complexity and requires a dedicated layer of technical program ownership to operate effectively. You will work directly with the Head of Digital Assets Treasury and partner closely with product, engineering, finance, legal, and compliance teams to move critical initiatives forward.
What You Will Do:
- Own end-to-end program and project delivery across multi-system, multi-stakeholder digital assets initiatives spanning treasury operations, on-chain infrastructure, capital markets, and money market workstreams
- Bring structure and a clear workplan to ambiguous, early-stage projects where the process does not yet exist
- Define scope, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and driving to outcomes
- Engage directly with technical counterparts on architecture, funds flows, and system logic to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and present informed trade-offs to senior stakeholders
- Serve as the connective tissue between the crypto and product teams and the treasury function, translating technical complexity into financial and operational context and vice versa
- Provide meaningful direction and day-to-day guidance cross-functionally, increasing team capacity and elevating the quality of execution across the function
What You Bring:
- Strong technical program management experience gained within capital markets, complex financial infrastructure, fintech, or payments environments
- You have run programs where the stakes were real and the scope was moving
- Meaningful hands-on exposure to digital assets (custody workflows, on-chain settlement, blockchain transaction lifecycle, or similar) or sufficient to engage credibly with both technical teams and treasury stakeholders without a steep learning curve
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about digital assets and the evolving intersection of blockchain technology and institutional finance. You follow the space, form opinions, and bring that perspective into your work
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can present trade-offs and decisions clearly to an executive audience and make technical concepts accessible to a finance-oriented room
Why This Role:
Digital Assets Treasury is one of the most dynamic and consequential functions in institutional finance today. This role offers direct exposure to on-chain treasury initiatives at a moment when the market is maturing rapidly. You will have real ownership, meaningful scope, and the opportunity to shape how this function operates as it scales. This is not a role where the work is already figured out.
This position is a hybrid role located in our Foster City, CA office location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

- Degree in a technical discipline
- Strong enterprise systems literacy with the ability to engage funds flow, system architecture, and integration logic at working level
- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex, multi-workstream programs end to end
- Meaningful hands-on exposure to digital assets. This may include custody operations, on-chain transaction management, Layer 1 / 2 infrastructure projects, or tokenization; familiarity must be sufficient to engage credibly without significant ramp time
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with experience presenting trade-offs, project status, and strategic recommendations.
