Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities. ## Your Team, Your Impact Marvell's Central Engineering Foundational IP team is looking for a motivated SRAM Software Engineer Intern to join us in Burlington, VT. You'll work hands-on as part of a team designing, verifying, and characterizing high-performance memory used in cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. This role is an incredible opportunity to apply your software and circuit fundamentals while collaborating with experienced engineers on real-world products that are deployed at scale. ## What You Can Expect - Work closely with SRAM circuit designers to implement PPA (Power, Performance, Area) data to create design kits in leading-edge technologies. - Create systems to optimize SRAM memory solutions for System on Chip (SoC) designers and streamline the memory selection process. - Analyze, summarize, document, and present results to colleagues and local internal stakeholders. ## What We're Looking For - Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field(s) and graduating between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028 - Scripting (Perl, Python, Bash) in a command line environment. - Experience working in a Linux environment. - Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub). - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Functional programming (Clojure desirable), and Java programming. - Familiarity with SRAM architecture. - Basic circuit-design skills (digital logic, transistor fundamentals, etc.) - Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
