Staff Accountant

KirkpatrickPrice is a growing auditing firm focused on cybersecurity audits and penetration tests. The Staff Accountant will support the Finance Team by managing accounts payable, recording payroll, performing reconciliations, maintaining supporting schedules, and assisting with month-end and year-end close activities.

What you'll do:

• RAMP Management
• Creating bills from drafts, monitoring AP mailbox, reconciling payments, reconciliation)
• Payroll
• Concur expenses
• Entering weekly payroll
• Maintain the portal access for multiple state tax websites
• Month-End Close Process
• Benefit reconciliation
• Benefit allocation
• Payroll liability reconciliations
• P&L Analytics
• Year-End

What they're looking for:

• -Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• -0-2 years of accounting experience
• -Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• -Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and solve problems
• -Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
