Staff Accountant - RevenuePRIMARY PURPOSE: To ensure accuracy of financial data; to maintain and analyze data; to prepare monthly financial reports, journal entries and general ledger (GL) account reconciliation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconciles sub-ledgers to GL; prepares monthly journal entries and GL accounts.
- Assists in month-end close and consolidation process, financial report and audit process.
- Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis as directed.
- Maintains and analyzes balance sheet accounts and ensures they are accurately stated; conducts timely account reconciliations.
- Performs client audits and reporting.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university or equivalent preferred. Accounting courses preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years accounting and/or financial analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required.

- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
