Staff Recruiter

Mesilla Valley Transportation is a transportation company seeking a Staff Recruiter to connect qualified candidates with career opportunities. The role manages full-cycle recruitment, develops sourcing strategies, supports hiring managers, and represents the company at recruiting events while strengthening its employer brand.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and client companies
• Develop smart sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers
• Represent MVT at job fairs, college campuses, and military bases
• Build strategic partnerships with leadership to improve recruitment processes
• Positively promote MVT’s employer brand in the community

What they're looking for:

• • 1–2 years of recruiting experience (required)
• • Microsoft Office experience (required)
• • Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• • Demonstrates reliable attendance and strong time management
• • Passion for people and excellent communication skills
• • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
• • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Tenstreet and resume databases like Indeed (preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferred)
• • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!
