Overview
Schedule:
Hours: Rotating 3x13-hour shifts (approx 39 hrs a week), flexibility to shift to 4x10 based on business needs,
Shift 4am-530pm
Weekends: rotating weekends and on call every 11 weeks F-M
Holidays: rotating
Location:
Workforce Central - 1633 North Capital, Downtown Indy
Key Responsibilities
Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.
Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.
Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED is required. Associates Degree preferred.
Requires flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities (includes weekends/holidays).
Requires ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
Requires ability to use Microsoft Office.
Preferred experience with handling confidential information.
Preferred 1-2 years in customer service industry.
Preferred Kronos experience (timekeeping and scheduler).
