STEM Specialist - Quantitative Analyst

The STEM Specialist - Quantitative Analyst will analyze scientific and quantitative problems, develop structured reasoning approaches, and apply data analysis to improve AI model training and evaluation. The role also requires clearly communicating solutions and working independently in an asynchronous environment.

What you'll do:

• Analyze complex problems in physics, chemistry, mathematics, or biology to enhance AI model training and evaluation
• Develop structured reasoning approaches to improve model outputs and accuracy
• Apply quantitative methods and data analysis to solve interdisciplinary challenges
• Communicate solutions clearly and concisely to support AI research teams
• Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality outputs

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a STEM field (or currently pursuing one)
• 1+ year of relevant experience in academic, research, internships, or industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs
