IBM Infrastructure provides hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions for complex data, automation, and cybersecurity needs. The Storage Product Management Intern will conduct market and customer research, analyze competitors and user requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product insights, requirements, and user stories.

What you'll do:

• Perform market research, customer research, and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities
• Understand our customers and key industries
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams
• Identify and evaluate user requirements to uncover actionable product insights
• Help translate complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements and user stories

• Excellent written and verbal communicator with attention to detail
• Able to be decisive, even with incomplete information
• Known for consistent execution and completion of tasks
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the judgment to seek input when appropriate

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in AI tools
